Times Table Tricks

Times tables don't have to be scary! There are loads of cool tricks that make them way easier to remember.

The 9 times table trick: Hold out both hands. To work out 9 x 3, fold down your 3rd finger. You'll have 2 fingers on the left and 7 on the right. That's 27!

The 5 times table is easy: just count by 5s. Every answer ends in 0 or 5.

For the 11 times table (up to 9): just double the number! 11 x 4 = 44, 11 x 7 = 77.
